Automation mapping is a tool for management

The purpose of the automation mapping is to help the management to understand the automation potential of their team and the systems in use, as well as the time and cost savings.

1. Identification

2 h workshop​
The aim is to increase the team’s understanding of the potential of automation in their work, to present an example that eases the workload and to collect existing routine tasks for further development.

2. Recording

10–30 min per process ​
We record the most important routine tasks via Teams.

3. Analysis

We analyse the routine tasks that are suitable for automation and build solution proposals with prices.
